Je belangrijkste missies: - Installeer betaalterminals, kassa's en bestelterminals in heel België. - Bestellingen voorbereiden voor levering en pre-configuraties van apparatuur. - Afspraken maken met klanten. - Continue verrijking van het CRM. - Problemen diagnosticeren en rapporteren aan de betrokken afdelingen door proactief oplossingen voor te stellen. - Verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve procedures en het beheer van de interne bedrijfsapparatuur. "Weet hoe": - Beheer uw werktijd effectief. - Identificeer nauwkeurig de aard van een technisch defect. - In staat zijn om op de weg te reizen. - Voer administratieve procedures en gegevenscodering op een rigoureuze en regelmatige manier uit. - Zorg dat u zich perfect kent en regelmatig informeert over de configuratie van de apparatuur en de installatieprocedures. - Voldoen aan de veiligheids-, gezondheids - en milieuvoorschriften. - Reageren op alle technische verzoeken van klanten om een goede klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
