Sack Zelfbouw blijft groeien Daarom groeit de nood naar nieuwe Sack collega¿s. Zo zoeken wij een toffe klantgerichte Technical Client Support voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding.
**Functie**:
- Rapporteren aan en nauw samenwerken met de Operations Directeur en de organisatie;
- Telefonische eerstelijnsondersteuning voor klanten met vragen bij plaatsing of over levering
- Klanten bedienen aan de toonbank inclusief facturatie
- Een deel van het klantendossier administratief in goede banen leiden
- Analyse v acties ter identificatie van verbeteringsopportuniteiten
- Gevolg geven aan klantenpannes
- Aanvraag van de premies faciliteren
- Dispatching van mail
- Verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt en klantvriendelijk contact
- Alle technische vragen van klanten correct en snel beantwoorden
- Aansturen technical support (backoffice medewerkers)
**Profil**:
Profiel:
- Minstens 3 jaar succesvolle ervaring in klantgerichte technische functies (domotica is een groot pluspunt)
- A2 niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Klantvriendelijk en doortastend
- Administratief sterk
- Switchen tussen taken is aantrekkelijk voor je;
- De business en klant staan centraal in wat je doet;
- Enthousiaste en proactieve teamplayer;
- Ervaring binnen retail is een plus;
- Nauwkeurig en behulpzaam zijn is geen opgave;
- Snel assimileren van IT-systemen
