The Project Manager has a variety of responsibilities and reports to the Director Product Development Outsourced Luggage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor progress and address potential roadblocks.
- Involvement in the full project of a product lifecycle, from product conceptualization and trends, technical design, cost management, timeline setting to quality assurance.
- Communicate and collaborate efficiently with external stakeholders and make sure they are aligned with the company’s objectives in order to have a successful and timely production start-up.
- Participate in cost negotiations with external suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
- Solve issues on-site and remotely during the product start-up.

**Applicants should ideally**:

- Have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Product Development, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Have proven experience as a Project Manager in product development within the luggage or related consumer goods industry.
- Have a strong understanding of design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
- Have exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
