**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Graduate degree in computer and information systems technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation issued by a related engineering institute or professional body;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in:

- Maintaining MS Active Directory in large multi-forest environments;
- Implementation and maintenance activities of Active Directory and Federation Services in large enterprise environments consisting of multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory domains and forests.

**Duties/role**:

- Installing, operating, maintaining, and centrally administering Active Directory and Federation Services monitoring tools;
- Managing incidents by fixing issues reported by customers;
- Performing problem management by conducting root cause analysis.
