**Role Overview**

W**e are looking for**:

- Lead the Data as a Strategic Asset pillar within Solvay's Data & Analytics Strategy, ensuring the execution of associated projects, tasks, and activities
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Data Governance in line with Solvay's strategic objectives and operating needs
- Maintain visibility on the current state and initiatives across different domains of the organization and engage with senior management to promote the topic and its value
- Shape the organization's Data Governance ambitions and priorities and create and manage executive buy-in for the topic, both ideologically and budget-wise
- Manage the Data Governance organization and extended network and drive the onboarding, coaching, and training of Data Governance roles within the organization
- Work collaboratively with the Data, Analytics & AI platform for the implementation of necessary data artifacts

**You will bring**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Data Governance leadership roles
- Experience with successfully managing stakeholders at all levels including senior executive level
- A result-oriented, influential, and accountable approach
- The ability to define, approve, publish, and enforce policies, standards processes, and architectural guidelines for data governance, data quality, and data security
