Hoofddoel: opvolgen en organiseren van het transport van onderdelen van de materiaalleveranciers tot de levering aan de eindklanten en proactief optreden om alles op tijd te leveren en de productie te garanderen.
Jouw takenpakket omvat:

- Klantenservice, je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de afhandeling van alle operationele problemen, gemelde afwijkingen en vragen van de klant.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van spoedtransporten
- Je behandelt transportafwijkingen (late leveringen, gemiste ophalingen, ontbrekende documenten)
- Administratief ondersteun je ook op het vlak van douane en facturatie.
- Je volgt de prestaties van de externe partijen op.
