Nous recherchons pour entrée immédiate pour le département Life Sciences un (M/F).
- Customer Scientific Support**Votre mission**
Au sein de l’équipe de support scientifique vous serez responsable de traiter toute demande de nature technique sur un produit ou un service, de façon à satisfaire et fidéliser le client tout en veillant à limiter les pertes pour la société.
- Vos tâches principales consisteront à:
- Assurer le traitement efficace et rapide des demandes techniques d’information reçues des clients.
- Guider les clients dans le choix des produits et services proposés par la société.
- Assurer une traçabilité appropriée des retours client en accord avec les processus qualité de la société.
- Assurer en back-up l’encodage des données techniques spécifiques dans l’outil de production des oligonucléotides et des peptides.

**Votre profil**
- Master en Sciences du vivant, idéalement en biologie moléculaire
- Expertise pratique et technique de minimum 2 ans liée aux technologies d’amplification des acides nucléiques (qPCR, RT-qPCR : design, interprétation, optimisation). Expérience en RNAi est un plus.
- Français et anglais courant indispensables ;
