In this role you are supporting the Sales Team with focus on Food Retail, Drugstores, E-commerce & Parapharmacy. You will be a part of a team of 5 Key Account Managers and report to the Market Lead BeLux. You will also have frequent contact and consultation with other departments such as Supply Chain and CS&I. **Scope of the Role**: - Lead new customer creation process. - Update customer sheets and maintain customer assortment. - Article creation at customer site and follow up.. - Support article creation in GS1 by the Masterdata team. - Completing promotion sheets. - Ensure customer documents are up-to-date and completed. - Maintain price lists and support communication to customers if changes are made. - Trimestral checking of prices, conditions and item information with customers. - Handle, follow up and deal with problems and complaints, invoices & fines. Lead monthly meeting. - Delivery of reports. - Digital archiving of contracts. - Support on master data & GS1o Optimising process. - You take a critical look at the existing way of working and see how it can be more efficient. - You take the lead in improving tools and work together with the various departments for this (Master Data, Customer Service, etc.). - Organisation of sales meetings and other internal events. - Coordination and technical support of internal meetings such as monthly business update. **Experience Required**: - You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. - Experience in Retail or Pharma is a big plus. - You communicate fluently both spoken and written in Dutch and French, knowledge of English is a plus. - You are good at setting priorities and are stress resistant. - You work in a very structured way and plan very well. Organisational skills are your trademark. - You have a good knowledge of the Office package. You are also good at familiarising yourself with new systems. - You are a team player and like to jump in where necessary. - Experience in FMCG or Pharma is a big plus. **Benefits** We believe our people are our greatest asset.
