Located on the iconic **Keyserlei in the heart of Antwerp**, **Kelly’s Pub** has been a well-known and trusted name for many years. As a true **international meeting spot**, our guests come from all over the world to enjoy great drinks, tasty snacks, and live sports in a warm and vibrant setting.
**Your responsibilities**:
- **Leading the team**: Guide and motivate our team to deliver excellent customer service and a great pub experience.
- **Training and development**: Ensure that the staff are well-trained, supported, and continuously improving in their roles.
- **Customer service**: Lead by example, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience and feels welcome.
- **Shift management**: Organize shifts, maintain staffing levels, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- **Inventory control**: Monitor stock levels and manage ordering to ensure the pub runs efficiently.
**What we’re looking for**:
- **Leadership experience**: You have previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- **Strong communication skills**: You can clearly communicate with both staff and customers, ensuring a smooth operation. Therefore a fluent knowledge of English is required.
- **Problem-solving abilities**: You stay calm under pressure and handle challenges with ease.
- **Customer-focused**: You understand the importance of customer service and lead your team to provide an outstanding experience.
- **Flexible and adaptable**: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
