Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead Ethics & Legal Affairs to join our Digital Technology team, based in our HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium.

About the role
As a Digital Technology Lead for Ethics & Legal Affairs, you will shape and deliver the digital transformation roadmap for UCB’s Corporate Legal department (Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Intellectual Property, and Corporate Secretariat). Acting as a strategic advisor and delivery leader, you’ll translate business needs into outcome-driven digital solutions. With global visibility and influence at senior levels, you will shape and influence the technology roadmap and oversee the successful delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management of key initiatives, effectively building the Corporate Legal department of tomorrow. Who you’ll work with What you’ll do
- Co-shape the digital roadmap and serve as the lead technology advisor
- Align initiatives to business needs while championing innovation
- Lead complex digital transformation projects, managing scope, budget, timeline, and impact
- Drive external and internal partners to ensure timely project delivery
- Act as a key escalation point for digital issues affecting the function

- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of digital, consulting or relevant corporate experience. A background in Legal tech is a plus.
- Strong technical fluency in digital ecosystems and enterprise solutions
- Track record of project and change management in complex organizations
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global setting, forging trusted relationships from the senior executives to the project team.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with business insight
