We are seeking a proactive and multilingual **Technico-Commercial** to support our commercial expansion in **North Africa**, while being based at our headquarters in **Belgium**. You will play a key role in identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring the technical implementation of our services.
**Location**: Based in Belgium (Brussels or surrounding area)
**Travel**: Regular travel to North African countries (Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco)
**Languages Required**: Arabic, French, English (fluent in all three)
**Department**: Sales & Technical Support
**Reports to**: Sales Manager - Effitrax
**Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Scope**
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in North Africa
- Analyze market potential and identify new business opportunities in the region
- Lead client meetings, prepare tailored offers, and negotiate commercial terms
- Represent Effitrax at industry events, exhibitions, and client demonstrations
**Technical Scope**
- Understand and analyze client requirements from a technical perspective
- Present technical solutions and support product customization discussions
- Coordinate with our internal R&D and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Supervise the technical deployment and onboarding of new clients
- Provide after-sales technical support, training, and system optimization advice
**Internal Coordination & Reporting**
- Maintain active communication with internal departments (Sales, R&D, Ops)
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, offers, and client presentations
- Report on project status, client feedback, and regional opportunities
- Support the adaptation of the product to local market needs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
