Technology Leader PackagingMore and more packaging becomes a key technological enabler in branding, quality, innovation, cost efficiency, sustainability. The Technology Leader Packaging will bring value in all of these domains by designing the right packaging, by optimazing the current packaging, support procurement in finding alternatives, etc.

**Technology Leader Packaging**:

- Support marketing and NPD in finding the right packaging design and materials, considering operational, quality, sustainability and cost elements.
- Study of several alternatives in packaging solutions (from bulk to single piece) from a technical, operational, marketing pov resulting in a complete BUCA analysis.
- Support sites in optimization of packaging materials and packaging machinery to reduce costs and to increase efficiency and quality.
- Reporting to the Technology & Innovation Manager Processess.
- You work closely together with Local & Central Marketing, NPD, R&D, Quality, Local Production Packaging Technologists and Procurement.

- Master degree
- Fluent in English
