Als IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de beveiliging van onze IT-infrastructuur. Je werkt samen met je collega’s in het IT-team en zorgt ervoor dat onze systemen betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstgericht zijn. Je ondersteunt ook de uitrol van NIS2-acties en fungeert als back-up voor onze eerstelijns supportmedewerker.

Daarnaast verwachten we dat je in staat bent om IT-oplossingen te vertalen vanuit de behoeften van de business. Denk aan het begeleiden van een SharePoint-uitrol of het meedenken over procesverbetering en digitalisering. Je hoeft geen business analyst te zijn, maar wel iemand die luistert, begrijpt en dit kan omzetten in concrete IT-acties en oplossingen.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheer van servers, netwerken, firewalls, storage en back-upsystemen.
- Beheer van gebruikersaccounts, rechtenstructuren, en IT-documentatie.
- Meewerken aan de voorbereiding en opvolging van de NIS2-audit en bijhorende acties.
- Evalueren en verbeteren van IT-processen en policies.
- Ondersteunen van IT-projecten (bijv. SharePoint-uitrol, cloudmigratie, M365-optimalisatie).
- Fungeren als klankbord voor de business: luisteren naar de bestaande noden, deze analyseren en vertalen naar IT-oplossingen.
- Back-up voor de eerstelijns supportmedewerker.

Onze verwachtingen
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een technische IT-rol (systemen, netwerken, security).
- Je hebt ervaring met:
Windows Server en Active Directory
Netwerken (LAN, VLAN, VPN, firewalls)
Microsoft 365 (beheer, security, licenties)
On-site virtuele omgevingen (bv. VMware)
- Je bent vertrouwd met IT-beveiliging en hebt affiniteit met compliance (zoals NIS2, ISO, GDPR ).
- Je voelt je comfortabel in overleg met collega’s uit andere afdelingen, begrijpt hun processen, en kan deze vertalen naar praktische IT-oplossingen.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en met oog voor kwaliteit.
- Je bent klantgericht en bereid om ook hands-on ondersteuning te bieden wanneer nodig.
- Wat zijn voor ons grote pluspunten:
Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Intune, SharePoint en scripting (PowerShell, Python, )
Je hebt ervaring met Jira
