Category Manager Analyst Internship

Come join us as a Category Manager Intern in Belgium where you’ll spend your time learning and contributing to all parts of our commercial business which will help set your career up for success. This internship will start in early January 2025 and run for 6 months. Your role will be based in our Belgium Head Office in Zaventem on a hybrid work schedule with some very occasional travel to the Dutch office in ‘s Hertogenbosch. As part of your compensation package, you will receive a monthly net salary of €1,080. Additionally, you are entitled to 10 unpaid vacation days for every 6-month period, allowing you flexibility in managing your time off. - You will collaborate with category managers to develop recommendations for category and portfolio strategies, both online and offline. Develop Analytical Skills
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for the category in both online and offline channels. This includes setting up and updating critical business dashboards, as well as analyzing essential in-market indicators. Recommendations
- Help build assortment and merchandising recommendations for customers and follow-up the implementation of those projects Business Partnering
- You will collaborate with the sales team, including account managers and field sales representatives, to develop key arguments and tools. Other Projects
- Support the development of the financial Profit & Loss statement by tracking in-market performance for innovations and promotions. This includes analyzing commercial assumptions related to product rotation, distribution, pricing, and conducting market benchmarks. We’re Looking for Someone With Currently pursuing a Master's Degree. Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and excellent organizational abilities Fluent in English
