Our client is a major real estate actor, who owns, develops, and manages modern industrial real estate including logistics facilities, warehouses and business parks in strategic locations around the world. In total, our client has a team of around 1.000 persons across 5 continents. Belgium is our clients EU headquarter and from there, our client develops activities in 7 European countries.
Our client is looking for a corporate tax manager for tax compliance, tax planning and tax structuring of the group of companies.
**Function**:
The role of corporate tax manager entails the following:
- Manage tax compliancy (VAT, CIT, Withholding taxes,);
- Provide tax support to the different teams related to commercial transactions (eg commercial transactions, due diligence, );
- Analyse law changes and implement changes to the group structure where needed;
- Manage tax risks within the Group;
- Maintain and further develop a transfer pricing system within Europe;
- Managing the relationship with the local tax authorities and follow up of tax audits / Manage and support tax audits
**Profile**:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant (consultancy) experience, preferable in real estate;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch;
- You have experience working in an international environment;
- Good organisational and communication skills
