**Headit is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde, klantgerichte collega verantwoordelijk voor de planning van technici en service aan de klant.**

**Waar zal je werken?**

Bij een belangrijke internationale speler gericht op innovatieve en hoogtechnologische producten.

Een gezonde KMO met internationale backbone gelegen in Diegem. Zij bieden een familiale werksfeer, een positie met uitgebreide verantwoordelijkheden en een gekende naam in de markt.

**Wat houdt jouw positie als Service Administrator in?**

Samen met jouw team verzorg je de service naar de klant alsook het administratieve luik.
- Je verzorgt de planning van interne technici voor onderhoud - en reparatie van toestellen van de klant;
- Je legt afspraken vast met de klant voor het binnenbrengen van hun toestel;
- Je verzorgt de administratie voor deze toestellen van A-Z: vanaf afspraakplanning en opmaak van jobsheet in SAP (correcte documentatie van specificaties, problemen met toestel, etc.) t.e.m. facturatie;
- Je ondersteunt het Belux sales team bij de opmaak van offertes en tenders in Salesforce en SAP;
- Je volgt het logistieke proces van deze toestellen nauwgezet op met behulp van SAP en in nauwe samenwerking met de warehouse coördinator;
- Je neemt problemen tijdens deze cyclus meteen op en verzorgt een goede opvolging van klachten;
- Indien nodig volg je bestellingen van spare parts op en behoud je een overzicht over de stock;
- Je verzorgt ook de logistiek voor specifieke grotere machines, die voor onderhoud of reparatie naar andere landen (UK, Denemarken, Duitsland,...) gestuurd worden.

**Wie is onze ideale Service Administrator?**
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans met een goede basis Engels;
- Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en kennis van logistieke processen;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van SAP in een logistieke omgeving;
- Je bent klant - en servicegericht ingesteld en houdt van veelzijdige contacten met de klant;
- Je stelt jezelf flexibel op, weet te multitasken en prioriteiten te stellen met oog voor time management;
- Je bent een sterke problem solver, denkt actief mee met de klant en weet op een juiste, correcte manier te communiceren;
- Je beschikt over een grote zelfstandigheid en maturiteit waarmee je je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden opneemt en de relaties met klanten onderhoudt.
