**Job Description**:
The Campus Recruiting Team is dedicated to attracting and selecting the highest calibre graduates internationally across universities, leveraging local recruiting teams and HR coordinators.

As Campus Recruiting Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to join a young, international team and to play an active part in defining our future on-campus strategy.

In this role, you will support the Head of Campus recruiting in all activities, including:

- Managing and developing strong relationships with the careers services departments of the universities most relevant for Eurofins companies’ recruiting and branding purposes.
- Coordinating on-campus events (job fairs, workshops, lectures, mock interviews, laboratory visits, etc).
- Designing and organising Eurofins flagship events on a regional and global scale, such as the “Eurofins Connect” series; events focused on Women in STEM; science, engineering and finance students, etc.
- Innovating and pushing creative ideas for better positioning on campus.
- Liaising with local HR and Recruiting teams from Eurofins companies to leverage ERF scale for better exposure and return on investment and have a coordinated presence on campus and to support recruiting activities.
- Working closely with the Eurofins Employer Branding Team to design and expand marketing campaigns and promotional material and content (e.g. fairs, mailings, student clubs, social media content, paid LinkedIn campaigns, JobTeaser, etc.)
- Keeping campus activities KPIs and ROI analysis up to date and proposing strategies to make the best use of the assigned budget.
Managing the pre-onboarding and engagement initiatives for Eurofins interns in Brussels; identifying, documenting, and sharing best practices for engaging interns with the recruiting and HR network.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations or related field
- Native or fluent English. French and Dutch are a big asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Photoshop is a plus
- Engaging personality with ability to connect well with international students. Able to create and strengthen collaborative networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Well versed in the main recruiting social media channels.
