Eu Lawyer

**DALDEWOLF is seeking a lawyer to strengthen its European Union law team in Brussels.**

**THE TEAM**:
The EU law team has particular expertise in litigation before the EU Courts and is recognized for its skills in audits, administrative and disciplinary investigations (including internal and external OLAF investigations, as well as matters involving the European Ombudsman).

When required, the team’s legal expertise is combined with the firm’s other practice areas, notably arbitration, complex litigation and mediation, corporate and financial law, tax law, and employment law.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
DALDEWOLF is currently seeking a motivated associate with a strong interest in pursuing a career at the bar to join its EU law team. The position involves work relating to the Internal Market, EU contracts, regulated professions, CFSP, and European and international civil service law. The practice combines advisory work with litigation, notably before the EU Courts.
- Master of Laws degree with a specialization in European Union law from a leading university;
- Practical experience in EU law, either as a lawyer, in-house, or within an institution;
- Strong knowledge of EU litigation and procedure;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience;
- Qualification to practice law within the European Union;
- Excellent written and spoken command of both French and English is essential.
