Who are our clients? A Spanning variety of industries from small business to large accounts active across different sectors. The range goes from the small bakery around the corner to companies having more than 5,000 people on their payroll.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager for our customers located in Flanders.

Core responsibilities of our Customer Experience Managers:
A. Trusted Advisor:

- Establishing and growing relationships at the strategic/executive/C-level of an account.
- Being the Point of Contact and taking ownership for all assigned accounts.

B. Champion of Growth:

- Developing deep understanding of the customer trends and difficulties.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders across Sales and Analytics to ensure the smoothest possible customer experience.
- Advocating for industry best practices, and work independently to develop additional best practices to solve customer needs
- Driving both sales growth and account retention by introducing various services.

C. True team player:

- Collaborating with other teams as needed to provide a consistent whole service experience.
- Documenting effectively and accurately in our CRM software (Asana) to provide our Analytics team the information they need.
