Nous recherchons actuellement un employé pour le poste de Handyperson / Porter (Bricoleur) afin de rejoindre notre équipe basée à Bruxelles et qui sera responsable des tâches suivantes:
Retrait et déplacement manuel de mobilier des magasins vers les logements.
**Travail pluridisciplinaire**: entretien, réparation, peinture et montage simple
Effectuer des déménagements, tels que la livraison de meubles, d'appareils électroménagers installation de meubles selon les exigences du client.
Nettoyage des propriétés et retour en entrepôt des articles inutiles.
Réception des articles dans les entrepôts.
Informer le gestionnaire résidentiel et le responsable des installations en cas de réduction des stocks.
Tenir un registre du mobilier, des accessoires et des articles divers fournis pour chacun des sites.
Gérer les entrepôts en veillant à ce qu'ils soient propres et organisés.
Coopération étroite avec 6 collègues directs dans le service
**Expérience et qualifications**:
Posséder un permis de conduire valide.
Être ouvert d'esprit avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans les déménagements et la gestion des stocks si possible.
Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel est un plus.
Être flexible pour recevoir les livraisons occasionnelles le matin et terminer les déménagements en fin d’après-midi.

Handyperson / Porter
We are currently seeking an employee for the position of Handyperson / Porter person to join our team based in Brussels and who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Manual removal and movement of furniture from stores to housing.
**Multidisciplinary work**: maintenance, repair, painting and simple assembly
Perform moves, such as delivery of furniture, appliances, and furniture installation according to customer requirements.
Cleaning of properties and returning unused items to the warehouse.
Receiving items in warehouses.
Inform the residential manager and facilities manager in case of stock reduction.
Maintain a record of furniture, accessories, and miscellaneous items provided for each site.
Manage warehouses ensuring they are clean and organized.
Close cooperation with 6 direct colleagues in the department
Experience & Qualifications
Possess a valid driver's license.
Be open-minded with at least 2 years of experience in moving and stock management if possible.
Proficiency in professional English is a plus.
Be flexible to receive occasional morning deliveries and complete moves in the late afternoon.
Proficiency in Excel is a plus for inventory.
Subject to local security clearance
38 hours a week contract.
