Afin de renforcer ses équipes, NSI recherche Un(e) Project Manager pour son projet JUSTICE. **Rôle**: Vous participerez activement en tant que Senior Project Manager à un grand projet d’informatisation du Service Public Fédéral Justice (SPF Justice - Belgique) où vous assurez la gestion complète du cycle de vie de projets IT. En tant que Senior Project Manager, vous êtes à l'aise pour définir la structure et l'élaboration de projets et vous êtes familier de la méthodologie de gestion de projets Prince2. Vous gérez et assurez le suivi de la réalisation des projets dans le respect du planning, du budget et de la qualité requise. Vous collaborez étroitement avec les autres membres de l’équipe. Vous stimulez, coordonnez, motivez et accompagnez les collaborateurs impliqués dans le projet. Les contacts clients sont également très importants dans cette fonction. Vous avez l'habitude de négocier avec des responsables de haut niveau chez le client et dans votre propre organisation. **Tâches**: Analyse, définition de structure et d’élaboration de projet Etablissement du planning détaillé, suivi régulier en matière de délais, de budget et de qualité Reporting de l'avancement du projet et des problèmes rencontrés, communication entre les différentes parties concernées par le projet, gestion des risques Conseil, négociation et aide à la prise de décision du client **Profil**: Bilingue FR/NL (maitrise des langues néerlandaise & française indispensable) Gestion de projets IT (Prince2) Communication ainsi que votre capacité de négociation et vos talents de coach constituent vos principaux atouts Bonne affinité avec l'informatique, et une bonne connaissance de MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Diplôme de type "Bachelor" ou "Master", ou une équivalence en expérience professionnelle (minimum 3 ans) Orienté solution avec un grand sens d’analyse Efficace avec une aptitude à traiter rapidement un grand nombre d’informations Orienté client avec de bonnes capacités de communication Multitasking et résistant au stress Méthodique et organisé Esprit d’équipe et avec une capacité à travailler de manière autonome **NSI vous offre**: Un véritable défi dans un groupe en pleine expansion Un cadre de travail unique, agréable et flexible Des projets variés et stimulants dans des technologies passionnantes avec des équipes solidaires et dynamiques Un parcours de développement permanent de vos capacités assorti d’un plan de formation personnalisé Un contrat de travail à durée indéterminée (temps plein) avec un salaire attractif : incluant chèques-repas, assurances groupe et hospitalisation, voiture de société et carte carburant, Si vous vous retrouvez dans ce profil, envoyez-nous votre CV à l’adresse :
