**YOUR ROLE**

As part of the local and global team in charge of the Telecom Industry at Invent, the Director / Senior Manager will lead a large share of both our client and offering portfolio, leveraging his or her expertise to deliver impact on a day-to-day basis, externally and internally.

More specifically:

- **Business Development**: You will develop part of the business of Telecom within Capgemini Invent and have credibility as a leader in this industry, both with clients and colleagues. You will contribute to the development of a business (sales) platform on which you will generate a significant volume of consultancy business and/or value through selling towards new accounts or through the expansion of existing accounts with the support of all the Capgemini teams
- **People Management**: You will contribute to the development of employees and clients. As a Talent Leader within the entity, you will support consultants in their professional development throughout their career at Capgemini Invent
- **Delivery**: You will develop business relationships at the CxO level and lead large projects/programs that can involve all Capgemini Group entities’ experts (engineering, data, cloud, design) to offer the best solutions to clients
- **Driving Innovation**: You will develop an asset for the success of large projects and support the development of innovative thinking on new business models / services / assets. You contribute to the marketing and visibility of the Invent brand through your publications (blogs, posts, etc.) and interventions.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Master in Business and/or Engineering (MBA or financial background is a +)
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Several years of experience (10-15 years minimum) in organization, strategy and transformation consulting firms, with possible operational experience in the industrial world
- Ability to take the lead on account development and selling consultancy missions
- Outstanding presentation skills and delivery skills to Senior Management and CxO level
- Strong general consulting skill and ability to overcome internal barriers through drive, determination and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal skill with high level of enthusiasm and a good team player
- Real passion for the Telecoms and Technology sectors and the impact it can have on other industries, people, planet and society
- Experience in managing large & complex telecom projects
