What are you going to do? Under the guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager and his assistant, you are responsible for the Food and Beverage department Operations. This includes coordinating and planning the activities, coaching and motivating the team, monitoring quality and hygiene standards, all while being involved in the daily tasks of the team. Together with the team, you make sure the guests are well taken care of. As All-round Food & Beverage Supervisor you are responsible for leading and organizing various events. Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the point of contact for compliments and complaints. **Who are you?** - Your goal is to give every guest an "nhow" experience; - Hospitality runs through your veins and you have a genuine passion for food and drinks; - You have experience aspreferably in a larger hotel with meeting and event spaces. - In addition, you know how to get the best out of your team by coaching, inspiring and supporting them; - You like to share your knowledge in the field of gastronomy and service and you have a good command of the English and French or Dutch language; any other foreign language is considered a plus. **What do we offer?** In this position you are working for NH Hotel Group, a professional international hotel chain with a dynamic and friendly vibe.
