Notre client, un leader et une référence dans le secteur des assurances en Belgique, recherche un(e) Chargé de clientèle (F/M). Le respect, l'innovation et la diversité sont les valeurs fondamentales de l'entreprise pour assurer le bien-être de chaque employé.
**Responsabilités**:
Vous êtes la personne de contact de les clients pour résoudre leurs problèmes, tant en Belgique qu'à l'étranger : par exemple, vous organisez des solutions de mobilité, une assistance médicale, etc. ;
Vous êtes la personne de contact pour les clients et les prestataires de services (par exemple les hôpitaux, les hôtels, les garages, etc.) ;
Vous participerez à l'amélioration des processus, des procédures et à la mise en place de nouveaux produits.
**Profil**:
Excellente connaissance du néerlandais et du français ;
Une bonne capacité à analyser rapidement les situations et à proposer une solution ;
Enthousiasme et motivation pour apprendre un métier passionnant ;
Patience, empathie et résistance au stress ;
Très bonnes capacités de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Contrat CDD avec un CDI à la clé après 1 an ;
