**Challenges we trust you with**
Key Responsibilities:

CSRD Reporting
- Assist in preparing inputs for IBA's first annual report following the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and information
- Support the development of sustainability metrics and key performance indicators

B Corp Certification
- Review and analyze the new B Corp standard released in early 2025
- Assess the implications of the new standard for IBA's next certification in 2027
- Identify areas for improvement and propose action plans

Internal Sustainability Communication
- Develop and implement strategies to increase employee awareness of sustainability initiatives
- Create engaging content for internal communications channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet posts)
- Assist in organizing sustainability-related events or campaigns for employees

**What we value**
Qualifications:

- Current student or recent graduate in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in corporate sustainability and ESG reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
