**LOCATION: HyBrid Role - 3 Days in the office & 2 days at home - BELFAST, IRELAND (Relocation paid for)**
**SALARY: £30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE Year 1 £60,000**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Networking Daily through calling, video conferencing and through social media platforms
- Source sales opportunities daily for your product set which may be within acquisition, channel and maintenance renewal products
- Constantly growing your lead and deal pipeline, by daily maintaining and expanding your list of prospects and potential customers within your territory
- Performing daily product demos to prospects
- Constantly building relationships and rapport with your prospects through conversation and social networking
- Working to KPI’s to ensure your goals and revenue target are hit, and exceeded
**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:
- A minimum of 2 Years Inside Sales Selling Experience
- Bi-Lingual or Multi Lingual Speaking of another European Language which will allow you to work in more territories Worldwide. We are looking for German, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish or French speakers.
- Evidence of always (and hopefully exceeding) your KPI’s
- Strong Communication & Virtual Presentation Skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Experienced in working with a CRM (Sales Force or similar)
- Sales Certifications and or SalesLoft experience is advantageous, although not essential
