- For our HR Team in HQ, we are currently looking for a motivated HR officer. If you are passionate about HR and want the opportunity to take the initiative, then this job is definitely for youWhat you will do- You provide excellent HR admin support in the whole employee life cycle (contract administration, onboarding, single permit, time registration, etc.)
- You have a great interest in HR systems, keeping them up to date, and playing a key role in optimizing and increasing customer satisfaction
- You are involved in various HR-related projects
- You provide operational and administrative support to your colleagues and the HR Business Partners
- You have various tasks in which you help support the day-to-day HR activities
- You support in the implementation of HR-related policies
- Follow-up and optimization of benefits (bicycle lease, mobile phones, etc.)
- Advise management and employees on the interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures
- You are the backup for your colleague regarding work accidents and insurances (group insurance and hospitalization insurance)
- Your profile- HR-related education or equivalent through experience
- Strong in communication and integrity
- Organized and structured
- Proactive and driven
- Positive attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Belgian social and legal legislation is a plus
