**About the Role**
You’ll take on a strategic and impactful role with a broad range of responsibilities.
- ** Guide presales procedures**: analyze client needs, conceptualize solutions, and translate them into technical and functional proposals.
- ** Set out roadmaps and governance**: through a deep understanding of both technology and business, you will help set out concrete roadmaps and align project governance, to empower clients toward self-sufficiency and lasting success.
- ** Advise on the execution of projects across diverse industries** with a comprehensive, quality-driven, end-to-end approach. Our approach is deeply collaborative, shaping strategies that not only meet but surpass our clients’ strategic objectives.
- Bridge the technical gap between clients and project teams and **translate business needs into tangible data
- and AI-driven solutions**.
- ** Facilitate workshops and inspiration sessions**, integrating domain knowledge to create a customer experience that drives business growth.
- Experiment with the **latest techniques** and interact with our own in-house experts to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.

**What We're Looking For**
- Thorough experience in data/AI, preferably as a **Data Architect or** **Consultant**.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills: you quickly grasp complex contexts, are able to break them down into manageable parts, and understand how to collect and identify business requirements and translate these into functional requirements.
- ** Solution-oriented mindset**: you approach challenges with a structured and pragmatic mindset, finding effective solutions while balancing best practices with real-world constraints.
- Solid **commercial intuition**: you're able to identify problems and define approaches quickly.
- Both **strong technical abilities and soft skills** to align technical and business stakeholders and drive change.
- A strong drive to **continuously learn** and dive deep to uncover actionable insights into new technologies.
- Know how to deal with an **ever changing and very dynamic**role and environment.
- ** Fluent English** is a must; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.

Our main offices are in **Leuven** and **Ghent**. These spaces are perfect for focusing, unwinding with colleagues, brainstorming sessions, and team events. While much of your work can be performed remotely, you will also work on-site with clients.
