SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
(w/m/d) - Vollzeit

**Ihre Aufgaben**
Sie recherchieren, analysieren, diskutieren, verhandeln, formulieren, beraten oder entscheiden je nach Thema und Bedarf. Ihre Ansprechstellen reichen von den technischen, operativen und kommerziellen Fachbereichen des Unternehmens und der Tochtergesellschaften über deren Management bis zur Geschäftsführung. Zu Ihren Einsatzgebieten zählen:
- Vielfältige privat
- und öffentlich-rechtliche Themen (Vertragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Informationstechnologie, Immaterialgüterrechte, Informationszugang und -weiterverwendung, internationales Luftfahrtrecht,...)
- Schnittstellen zu technisch/operativen, betriebswirtschaftlichen, steuer
- und arbeitsrechtlichen Aspekten
- Vertragsgestaltung und -management
- Regulierungsthemen mit Schwerpunkt auf dem unionsrechtlichen Air Traffic Management Regime
- Mitwirkung bei strategischen Projekten, internationalen Kooperationen, europäischen Förderprogrammen und Beschaffungsprozessen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Rechtsanwälten; Gerichts
- und Verwaltungsverfahren
**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Diplomstudium Rechtswissenschaften oder Master-Studium Wirtschaftsrecht, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Legal Counsel oder in einer international tätigen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei
- Erfolgreich abgelegte Rechtsanwaltsprüfung von Vorteil
- Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Abstraktionsfähigkeit, Strategieverständnis, Interesse an neuen Technologien
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz und Teamgeist
