**What You Will Do**
As HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR team to provide an efficient administrative service related to all HR processes. You will play a significant role in supporting the different lines of business by handling end-to-end employee lifecycle topics with the support of our Centers of Expertise and Shared Service Center.

**How You Will Do It**
- Organize key employee lifecycle processes such as on
- and off-boardings of employees
- Act as the go-to person for a range of HR policies and guidelines
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, addenda, other paperwork)
- Handle employee questions related to benefits and/or contract changes
- Maintain the HRIS system ensuring employee information is up to date and accurate
- Participate in surveys and/or local compliance audits
- Be the first point of contact for the payroll team
- Contribute to corporate HR projects driving operational HR services enhancements
**What we look for**
**Required**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated communication skills with partners and stakeholders across all levels, in person or remotely
- Proficient in MS Office. Experience with a HRIS system (eg. Workday) is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both spoken as in writing
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Agile and accurate work attitude. Strong ethics and discrete
**Preferred**
- Experience from international/matrix organization
We offer a hybrid work model; our office in Groot-Bijgaarden will be your primary workplace (2 days/week) with flexibility to work from home 3 days/week.
