De directie van Business Development Life Insurance is verantwoordelijk voor alle businessactiviteiten en de marktontwikkeling op het vlak van levensverzekeringen voor alle distributiekanalen. De entiteit Compliance, AML & Data Protection Life Insurance stuurt enerzijds het antiwitwas
- en databeschermingsbeleid (GDPR) aan voor alle producten en diensten die onder de verantwoordelijkheid vallen van de directie Bank Channel and Life Insurance Development. Anderzijds fungeert de entiteit voor dezelfde producten en diensten als het gedecentraliseerde contactpunt ‘Compliance’ voor Central Compliance Office.
Voor onze entiteit Compliance, AML & Data Protection Life zijn we op zoek naar een COMPLIANCE - AML - DATA PROTECTION ADVISOR.

**Dit is jouw topjob**:

- Als adviseur maak je deel uit van Compliance, AML & Data Protection Life, een team van een drietal ervaren juristen binnen de business line Life.- Je analyseert relevante wettelijke ontwikkelingen rond AML en Data Protection om het management te adviseren bij het evalueren van de impact ervan op de business Life.
- Je biedt juridische ondersteuning over AML en Data Protection door concrete vragen te beantwoorden en/of in concrete dossiers standpunten in te nemen en te verdedigen.
- Je neemt deel aan de opstelling van het trimestriële compliance report door de relevante items te verzamelen, te analyseren, te rapporteren en op te volgen tot de implementatie.
- Je voert monitoringactiviteiten uit op de bepaalde aspecten van de business Life zoals zorgplicht, AML en fiscaliteit en over de onderwerpen die Compliance Office jaarlijks kiest.

- Je beschikt over een uitstekend analytisch vermogen en je kan op autonome en georganiseerde wijze een pragmatische en creatieve oplossing ontwikkelen.
- Je bent integer, koelbloedig en durft ingaan tegen de gangbare mening.
- Je kan risico’s adequaat beoordelen.
- Je functioneert zowel zelfstandig als in team.
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Rechten. - Relevante kennis van Compliance, AML en/of Data Protection is een troef.- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans) en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
