- Degree in IT, Management, or Engineering
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript
- Motivated to cross-train to AMPscript

**Your specific tasks and responsibilities may include**:
- The focus will be on the technical parts of Marketing Cloud and Pardot
- Designing and testing user interfaces to improve customer experience
- Ensure rendering on the different devices
- Participate in agile sprints and dev work sessions
- Develop solutions for our clients from many different industries, sectors and company size
- Support and maintain those specific solutions
- Advise our clients with the optimal solution for each requirement
- Build the testing strategy (following industry best practices) and help with the coordination of the test execution
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies to attract and engage customers
- Analyzing customer data and behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Managing and configuring Salesforce modules and integrations to support marketing initiatives (use of API)
- Conducting A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign performance
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts in Salesforce.
