**Your role as Junior Recruiter**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with job postings and advertising on various job boards and social media platforms
- Support HR Business Partner with various HR and administrative tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication (written and oral) in Dutch (Native or fluent) and good communication in French and English
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
