The role will be a pivotal consulting one, providing analysis of the existing group practices and making recommendations for alignment and improvement.

**QA/QE practice lead**
- Technical manager for the quality practice (supporting the hiring, follow-up and bringing the latest market trends to their knowledge)
- Design, lead and implement the development of test strategies (e.g. balancing manual versus automated testing) and the creation of appropriate test metrics
- Working together to expand Expleo’s testing capabilities and participate to pre-sales phases;
- Leading innovation, design thinking and co-innovation
- Estimating, rolling out testing road map (automation and manual) for multiple products and delivering them following industry best practices in short span of time

**What are our key selection criteria for joining**
**the**
**QA/QE**
**team?**
- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and previous leadership/coordination responsibilities.
- Experience or familiarity with IT development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, waterfall, etc.)
- Experience in defining and rolling out QA Strategy in a software product development context
- Assertive with the ability to take ownership of the job and to work autonomously
- Flexible and able to cope with an ever-changing, dynamic and exciting environment
- Open-minded, team player
- Strong analytical problem solving-skills, attention to detail, ability to think out of the box
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
