Our Room Attendant is responsible for the servicing of all rooms during the day shift or the evening shift as well as ensuring that all vacant rooms are in good condition as per the standards of the hotel. They will also carry out periodic deep cleaning and inventories, as well as help our in various other tasks related to rooms and corridors. You will be responsible for ensuring that these areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in the hospitality industry.
- Proactively clean and service guest rooms and public areas, addressing opportunities promptly.
- Communicate effectively within the team, keeping supervisors informed of issues or concerns.
- Report any complaints or problems to supervisors.
- Follow guidelines in the Corinthia Employee Handbook.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms, replenishing supplies as per hotel standards, including crockery and glassware.
- Adhere to all house rules, policies, and procedures.
- Manage floor keys, pagers, and assist with inventories as scheduled.
- Ensure work areas, equipment, and supplies are clean and organized, reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle lost and found items responsibly.
- Check guestroom facilities for proper functioning and report issues or special requests for guest history updates.
- Perform deep cleaning and mattress turning as needed.
- Uphold Corinthia values and promote a positive, professional team environment.
- Foster collaboration with other departments for smooth operations.
- Drive quality and excellence standards within the housekeeping team.

**TALENT PROFILE**

**Experience**:
Bring your expertise as a Room Attendant & Public Areas to our team, ideally with prior experience in a similar-sized property.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Fluent in written and spoken in English or French or Dutch
- Fully knowledgeable in Excel/Word, Opera
