**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS**

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

- Development of front-end website architecture.
- Design of user interactions on web pages.
- Development of features to enhance the user experience.
- Building reusable code for future use.
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
- Cross-platform optimisation.
- Design and develop APIs.
- Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.
- Maintenance of code integrity and organisation.
- Writing clean, functional code on the front-end.
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
- Meet both technical and consumer needs.
- Write technical documentation.

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**

As stated in the Article 2.6.3.1. of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, a minimum educational qualification for lot 1 is: Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification.

Framework which typically corresponds to a bachelor degree of 3 years.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

- Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript, ES6, CSS3 and SASS.
- Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap and Typescript.
- Experience in Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
- Experience with the following tools: Git, JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Nexus, Crucible, Jenkins and Sonar.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of key design principles.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience in Redux architecture is a plus.
- Autonomous.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Capability of integration in an international/multi
- cultural environment.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Attention to details.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects.
- Excellent Team Player.
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1/C2) will be an advantage.

**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

- at least 4 years of specific expertise with Angular2 framework.
- at least 5 years of specific expertise with HTML5, CSS, and responsive design methodology (min. competence level 5).
- at least 5 years of specific expertise with Javascript (min. competence level 5).
- at least 3 years of specific expertise with Typescript
- at least 1 year of specific expertise with Node.js.
- at least 3 years of specific expertise of Single Page Application development with a RESTful API back-end (min. competence level 3).
- at least 5 years of specific expertise with development of graphical user interfaces (min. competence level 5).
- at least 3 years of specific expertise with design of UI for information systems.
- at least 2 years of specific expertise with Bootstrap.
- at least 2 years of specific expertise with XML.
- at least 3 years of specific expertise with Json.
- at least 2 years of specific expertise with JIRA and/or GIT (min. competence level 3).
- at least 1 year of specific expertise with SonarQube.
- experience with eUI framework is welcome.
