We are currently seeking a driven Testing Specialist with a solid background in insurance to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of digital development by conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing and translating client needs into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Testing Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective testing strategies to uphold the quality of our clients' digital initiatives.
- **Client Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with clients to identify their requirements and translate them into user-centric test scripts.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, across various functional domains.

Desired Profile:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including at least 2 years in testing roles. Specific experience in life insurance is highly valued.
- **Testing Tools Proficiency**: Proficiency in utilizing testing tools like Jira or equivalent platforms.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in both French and English is required, with Dutch language skills considered a plus.
- **Approach**: Proactive, results-oriented approach with exceptional communication abilities.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible, adaptable, and driven by a passion for learning and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Pay: €3.500,00 - €5.000,00 per month
