Responsabilités
- Portfolio enhancements and portfolio maintenance:
- Brand communication planning, development and execution within different channels and mixing product portfolio and promotions
- Build and maintain strong portfolio performance knowledge by building and maintaining portfolio performance dashboard, collect insight from regions etc.
- Analyze product portfolio performances (sales, margins, customer satisfaction indicators) in order to suggest relevant product discontinuation, or any cross-sell activity, repricing, or any sales incentive activity.
- Stay aware and very well informed about the market trends through market reports, webinars, interviews with peers, customers etc.
- Manage product discontinuation by implementing necessary internal and external communication.
- Keep up to date the products labels, packaging, and other regulatory information’s.
- Contribute and follow up with cross functional core project team to guarantee the implementation and execution of the Marketing and Communication action plan at launch and throughout the year.
- Support in preparing presentations, analysis or internal documents for key stakeholders and management
- Work on product asset development and sharing for internal and external use
- Keep Management team up to date with sales and product performance results.
- Be the ambassador of your brand in digital or physical sales and distributor events.
- Support the Category Manager in the day to day operations to achieve the strategic objectives of the Category.
- Build internal and external relationships.
