Maakt het idee om de front-end van webapplicaties met honderdduizenden gebruikers te ontwikkelen jou helemaal enthousiast? Dan is dit iets voor jou. Want voor onze (internationale) klanten programmeer jij robuuste, elegante front-ends. Je zorgt ervoor dat webproducten cross-browser en cross-device functioneren in **Angular of React**. En heb je interesse in back-end development? Dan kun je ook daar je steentje bijdragen.

Je gaat bij iO aan de slag in één of meerdere **multidisciplinaire klantteams **met Software Developers, Architecten, UX-designers, CRO-specialisten, Strategen en Projectmanagers. De lijnen binnen de teams zijn kort. Je collega’s staan altijd klaar om samen met jou complexe uitdagingen te tackelen.

Kennis is de basis van alles wat je bij iO doet. Dat betekent niet alleen dat je groeit door in kleinschalige teams aan uitdagende projecten te werken. Of dat je jouw **persoonlijke groeipad **volledig zelf kunt vormgeven. Er zijn daarnaast ook nog allerlei initiatieven waaraan je kunt deelnemen óf die je zelf kunt organiseren, zoals opleidingen, conferenties of workshops. Daarnaast kun je optioneel lid zijn van een Expert Group, waarin je met collega’s met verschillende achtergronden innovaties uitzoekt en proof-of-concepts ontwikkelt.

Wat je meebrengt als Front-end Developer

Bouw jij met jouw kennis en ervaring ons team verder mee uit en herken jij jezelf in deze vacature? Naast de basis van **JavaScript, HTML en CSS** en een **specialisatie met Angular of React**, schetsen we graag met welke technieken je verder nog in aanraking komt:

- Je hebt een kleine TypeScript-obsessie en devtools in je vingers;
- Je komt in een Nederlandssprekend team terecht;
- Je hebt ervaring met cross-browser en cross-device testen en debuggen;
- Je bent vasthoudend als het gaat over performante, geteste, gestructureerde en clean code;
- Je bent op de hoogte van nuttige front-end tools en concepten, zoals Cypress, CSS-in-JS en BEM methodologie;
- Je weet wat web accessibility is en past de principes ook toe.
