Introductie

**Objectif**

Capturer les besoins associés à la mise en place d’une stratégie de sécurité informatique dans le contexte NIS-2
- Traduire cette expression de besoins en termes de cahier des charges.
- Assurer le suivi (assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage) de la mise en place des aspects sécurité de cette stratégie par le fournisseur retenu.

Organisatie

**Le rôle avec les tâches associées consistera à**:

- Assister le client dans la définition de sa/ses stratégies en matière de sécurité et de son périmètre
- Traduire ces stratégies en termes de cahiers des charges à émettre
- Dans le contexte de ces cahiers des charges, établir des critères clairs d’évaluation des capacités des fournisseurs en matière de sécurité
- Assister le client dans le dépouillement des offres faites en valorisant les choix proposés
- Préparer le terrain en interne chez le client durant la période de réponse à appel d’offre afin d’optimiser les conditions de démarrage de mission du futur fournisseur qui sera retenu
- Assurer un rôle de contrôle qualité sur les prestations en matière de sécurité telles que mises en œuvre par le fournisseur
- Évaluer à intervalle régulier l’alignement de la mise en place de la sécurité vis-à-vis de la stratégie choisie
- Etc.

Functie-eisen

**Qualités requises**:

- Un diplôme universitaire en informatique ou équivalent par expérience
- Une maîtrise de l’art du raisonnement abstrait dans différents domaines de connaissances
- Une connaissance démontrable de l’architecture dans le monde des TIC et au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans des rôles sécurité importants au sein de projets informatiques
- Une expérience approfondie dans le domaine de la Sécurité, Cryptographie, IAM,
- Une expérience dans la conception d’architectures de référence
- Une capacité à proposer des solutions alternatives et à faire des recommandations sur les choix à faire en tenant compte de l’ensemble du contexte- Une excellent connaissance des techniques et des concepts nécessaires à la définition d’une solution globale en matière de sécurité
- Une bonne écoute, une attitude flexible et une capacité à rendre les présentations accessibles au public approprié, qui peut différer selon le niveau de connaissances informatiques
- Une expérience dans le secteur public est une valeur ajoutée

**Important**
- Habilitation de sécurité obligatoire.

**Engagement de 60 jours/hommes.**
