**Omschrijving**: **Regio Brussel** Als expert "Co-ownership" bestaat jouw belangrijkste taak uit het dagelijkse beheer van een vastgoedportefeuille voor verschillende eigenaars (VME). Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel mede-eigenaars en leveranciers rond allerlei vragen en bezorgdheden. Ben jij diplomatisch ingesteld en daagt oplossingsgericht werken alsook bemiddelen tussen verschillende partijen je uit? Dan is de functie van Expert "Co-Ownership" bij Ceusters te Tour & Taxis voor jou op maat gemaakt **Je functie**: - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de eigenaars van de VME's die je in portefeuille hebt en zorgt dat de VME in goede staat is; - Je lost de diverse gebouwenproblemen op een snelle en accurate manier op; - Je hebt een gevarieerd takenpakket: waaronder plaatsbezoeken, technische planning en opvolging, voorbereiden en leiden van algemene vergaderingen, controleren van jaarafrekeningen, communiceren met eigenaars en leveranciers; - Je voert opdrachten uit zoals bepaald in de basisakte en/of het reglement van mede-eigendom; - Je bent proactief bezig met de opvolging van uw portefeuille; - Je werkt in team samen met een boekhoudkundig medewerker en je collega-beheerders. **Je profiel**: - Je beschikt mínimaal over een Bachelor opleiding of je kan relevante ervaring voorleggen (cfr. een syndicusopleiding); - Ervaring in de vastgoedsector en vooral in property management is een pluspunt; - Je houdt van een uitdaging en zet deze om in echte doelstellingen; - Je bent punctueel, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig; - Je bent klantgericht, sterk in organisatie en kan zelfstandig werken; - je bent proactief, communicatief sterk, diplomatisch en vooral positief ingesteld; - Je hebt een discrete en sociale persoonlijkheid; - Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Frans alsook kennis van het Engels is vereist. **Wij bieden u**: - Een voltijdse functie met een contract van onbepaalde duur; - Een **competitief verloningspakket** aangevuld met extralegale voordelen; - Een uitdagende functie in een boeiende en vooruitstrevende werkomgeving; - Een **gevarieerde job **met ruimte voor initiatief; - **On-the-job coaching **met aandacht voor je verdere ontwikkeling; - Je komt terecht in een super leuk en collegiaal team **Interesse?
