BossData is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a paid student to be a part of our team. We need someone who thinks clearly and understands the bigger picture. Experience? It’s not a must (though it’s a bonus). We’re most interested in your drive to learn, your willingness to jump in, and your can-do attitude. As our paid student, you’ll work closely with our dedicated team.

You’ll dive right into real-world tasks. Assist with campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and help with dashboards and client reports. We’re committed to guiding you just as we do with all our team members, ensuring you become an integral part of our community.

At BossData, we offer both responsibility and the freedom to explore and grow. And here’s the deal: We need you to be available for a minimum of **one day a week for at least 6 months**. Why 6 months? Because we invest a lot in your training and want to ensure it benefits both of us. Starting from your first day, you’ll engage with clients, grasp their needs, and immerse yourself in the intricacies of their business. Our students earn between €13 and €20/hour (depending on their experience).

**Your profile**:

- You have a healthy insight into business management.
- You need to be available for 1-2 days per week for the next 3- 6 months.
- You are entrepreneurial and that is expressed because you like to take the initiative.
- You continuously develop your expertise by keeping an eye out for new developments in your field.
- You are very strong in communication, both in speech and writing.
- You analyse strongly and reason logically.
- You are strong in planning and problem-solving thinking.
- You are an ‘out of the box’ thinker and you go beyond the obvious ideas to obtain the best solution.
- You can work independently, but also function well in a team.
- You are an honest person and someone who wants to commit.
