**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:

- Higher Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Warehouse Management with 4+ years' experience
- Experience in:

- Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy
- Experience in identification and corrections of Asset Management Deficiencies
- Experience in Stock Management processes
- Knowledge and experience using ORACLE database systems Scanning Assets
- Familiar with the handling and safety issues of handling CIS Assets (equipment)

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Use the ERP (Oracle basis) System to process the various transactions
- Assist and interact with the AMSB staff and Warehouse
- Inventory, monitor and oversee all the equipment under his/her responsibility
- Co-ordinate any requirements
- Responsible for the property accounting/posting control
- Take action in case of deficiencies and equipment damage and initiate discrepancy procedures
- Conduct Asset Management Activities/Support throughout NATO
- Conduct warehouse movement and re-organization activity to support the centralization policy of the Agency
- Scan equipment, update databases and labelling of equipment
- Receive non-ICT deliveries from vendors and NCIA shuttles
- Manage non-ICT storage space (mostly furniture related)
- Maintain asset records in EBA (mostly: movement in/out of storage, updating final locations post-delivery)
- Coordinate non-ICT asset disposals
- Perform the annual inventory non-ICT at BLL
- Provision of office supplies & branded items to staff
- Willing to manage and handle materials
- Some physical work, e.g. moving and lifting of equipment
- Assist with general cleanliness of all storage areas
