Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for the management of the personnel within Audi Brussels. As a Recruiter, you are part of a division consisting of HR Officers, HR Business Partners and your recruitment colleagues. You are the first point of contact for all questions related to the recruitment process and much more...
**Function**:
- You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and be responsible for coordinating the collaboration with external partners and other HR divisions to ensure that recruitment activities are consistent with the needs of the company.
- In the context of various projects, you will have the opportunity to take initiatives for the optimisation and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
- In addition, you will provide HR management with appropriate periodic reporting.
**Profile**:
- You have a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent by experience.
- Several years of experience in an HR function (ideally in an industrial environment) and extensive knowledge of HR issues are expected.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- You like to take initiatives, work independently and in a team. Good organisational skills are also important.
- You have strong social and communication skills.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is considered a plus.
