**Overview**:
PEGA Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience and a strong background in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions using the PEGA platform. Highly skilled in PEGA development, with deep expertise in REST integration, process flows, screen flows, data modeling, and core PEGA components including class structures, activities, declarative rules, and decision rules. Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments, with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong experience in PEGA development with hands-on expertise.
- Proficient in REST integration.
- Solid understanding of process flows, screen flows, data models, properties, class structures, sections, flow actions, activities, declarative rules, and decision rules.

**Must Have Skills**:

- At least 10 years of experience.
- Good experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have customer-facing experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Experience in the banking domain.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
