**Job description**
During the project execution, you will support project teams with document configuration management and be first contact point for the customer on this matter. You will provide administrative support to Project Managers to prepare project reviews and financial follow up of projects.
**Key responsibilities**:
Document configuration management
- You will be the interface between the project teams and the customer in case data packs and mandatory documents are exchanged. You will assure documents are released using the correct format. In a similar way, you will handle documents received from the suppliers.
- In case of missing documents or discussions on version control, you will be first point of contact.
- You will standardize and optimize how project documents (and full data packs) are stored in our database (Pro.File). You will optimize the way of work, in alignment with various stakeholders within the company.
Support towards the Project manager
- Set-up of projects in applicable tools
- On a monthly basis, you will prepare project review documents, based on information available in the financial system/project management tool (Clarity).
- You will organise the monthly project reviews and ad hoc steering meetings with customers.
- You will provide administrative support to the PM to get invoices and payments out.
- You will support follow-up of cash-in forecast
