**Overview**:
ServiceNow System Administrator with 6+ years of experience, proven expertise as an Ivanti Administrator. Strong in Ivanti Neurons, Endpoint Manager, Service Manager, and patch management. Skilled in IT infrastructure, scripting, automation, and ITSM best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s Ivanti environment.
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of Ivanti solutions, including Ivanti Endpoint Manager, Ivanti Service Manager, and Neurons related modules.
- Administer and maintain the Ivanti environment, including installation, configuration, and ongoing management of Ivanti products and modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and configure Ivanti solutions accordingly.
- Implement and maintain Ivanti patch management processes, including testing, deploying, and reporting on software updates and patches.
- Design and manage Ivanti workflows, automation rules, and policies to streamline IT processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT teams on Ivanti-related issues, configurations, and best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with security policies, and optimize system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Ivanti product releases, features, and enhancements, and assess their potential impact on our environment.
- Collaborate with vendors and participate in user groups and forums to leverage industry knowledge and best practices.

**Must Have Skills**:

- At least 6 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Ivanti Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Ivanti Neurons, including Endpoint Manager and Service Manager.
- Solid knowledge of Ivanti administration, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in implementing and managing Ivanti patch management processes.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and client devices.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to enhance Ivanti functionality.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

**Nice to have**:

- Relevant certifications in Ivanti administration or IT service management are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
