- Follow-up and monitoring of Tax Shelter investments
- Preparation of commercial documentation and presentations
- Managing requests from the Sales team and providing support where needed
- Supporting events and contributing to marketing-related tasks Depending on the workload, as an Investor Support Team Lead you must be able to smoothly switch between operational tasks and a more coordinating/supporting role. This means stepping in when necessary and actively contributing to the tasks listed above, in order to ensure that legal deadlines are met and service continuity is maintained. The Investor Support Team will be responsible for the quality of the deliverables. Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong skills in Word and Excel, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken)
- Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
