We are looking for a **Scrum Master - Managed File Transfer **to join our team in Brussels:
**Job description and core responsibilities**:
- Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
- Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology.
- Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the squad face any obstacles.
- Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
- Assist and support the squad in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
- Track squad capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
- Help the squad face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization.
- Remove barriers to squad effectiveness and protect the squad from outside distractions.
- Risk & issue management.
**Mandatory Tech Skills**:
- At least 3 years of experience
- Master or equivalent by experience.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Experience in Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Rally).
- Expertise / experience in Agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
- Knowledge of managed file transfer domain (CFT, XFB gateway, sentinel,...).
**Preferential Tech Skills**:
- Experience in the banking sector.
- Experience in an IT infrastructure environment.
**Languages**: English + Dutch and/or French
**Location**:Brussels (Hybrid: 50% homeworking; 50% on site)
