Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons notre Maëstro de la coordination de projet pour orchestrer nos développements logiciels et accompagner nos équipes vers le succès.

**Vous pourriez être notre Maëstro si**
- ** Expérience**: Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum en gestion de projets.
- ** Formation** : Vous détenez un bachelier ou un master.
- ** Compétences techniques**:

- Vous avez un background technique (ou pouvez le prouver grâce à vos expériences).
- Vous comprenez les fondamentaux du SQL, des API REST et des implications d’un développement (timing, risques, etc.).
- ** Agilité** : Agile/Scrum coule dans vos veines.
- ** Relationnel** : Vous avez une fibre commerciale et êtes **motivé à travailler en phase de pre-sales**.
- ** Organisation** : Votre rigueur et votre capacité à coordonner les parties prenantes d’une équipe de développement sont exemplaires.
- ** Valeurs partagées** : Vous vibrez en phase avec nos valeurs.

**Votre rôle en tant que Maëstro PM**:

- ** Planification et coordination** : Organiser et piloter les différentes étapes des projets tout en assurant le respect des délais et budgets.
- ** Interface client** : Comprendre les besoins des clients, assurer un suivi transparent et garantir leur satisfaction.
- ** Collaboration équipe** : Faciliter la communication entre les développeurs, les clients et les autres parties prenantes.
- ** Gestion des risques** : Anticiper les problèmes potentiels et proposer des solutions efficaces.
- ** Amélioration continue** : Contribuer à l’évolution des méthodes et outils de gestion de projet chez Nubios.
